For cricket markets — including Pakistan Super League (PSL), T20 internationals , Test matches and other international fixtures — the following additional rules apply:
A bet may be declared void and the stake returned to your account in the following circumstances: the event is cancelled or abandoned before the minimum play requirement is met; a market is settled in error and subsequently corrected; or the odds were clearly published in error due to a technical fault. 788bet's decision on void bets is final.
788bet applies maximum payout limits per event and per day. These limits are displayed within each market and in the platform's betting rules section. Bets whose potential payout exceeds the applicable maximum may be accepted at reduced stake or declined at the platform's discretion.
The casino, slot games and bingo sections of 788bet use games provided by third-party game studios. All games use certified random number generation (RNG) technology. Return-to-player (RTP) percentages for slot games are published within each game's information panel.
In the event of a game malfunction — including disconnection during a live casino round or a slot game spin — 788bet will review the game logs and apply the outcome recorded in the server-side system. If a round cannot be completed due to a verified technical fault on 788bet's side, the stake for that round will be returned to your account balance. Bets already settled and visible in your transaction history are not subject to reversal due to subsequent player-side connectivity issues.
Live casino games are streamed in real time. Decisions made by the live dealer during a round are final. If a round is interrupted due to stream failure on the provider's end, the round will be voided and stakes returned. 788bet is not responsible for the decisions or conduct of third-party live dealer providers beyond the extent set out in each game's specific rules.
All bonuses and promotional offers made available on 788bet are subject to specific terms displayed alongside each offer. Where these general Terms conflict with a specific promotion's terms, the specific promotion terms take precedence for that offer.
Bonus funds credited to your account must be wagered the specified number of times before any winnings derived from bonus funds can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements, eligible games and time limits are detailed in each individual promotion. Sports betting and casino games may contribute different percentages toward meeting wagering requirements — this will be stated clearly in the offer terms.
788bet monitors all bonus activity. Where the platform determines that a player is exploiting bonus offers — through the use of multiple accounts, systematic low-risk wagering specifically designed to complete wagering requirements without genuine game participation, or any other method of abuse — the bonus and all associated winnings may be removed and the account reviewed for suspension.
Unless a specific promotion explicitly states otherwise, only one bonus offer may be active on your account at a time. Attempting to claim multiple simultaneous bonuses that are not designed to be combined will result in one or more offers being cancelled at 788bet's discretion.
Always read the full terms of any promotion before opting in. Wagering requirements must be met before bonus-derived winnings can be converted to withdrawable PKR funds. Bonuses that expire before wagering requirements are completed will be removed along with any associated winnings.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on 788bet. Engaging in any of the conduct listed below will result in account suspension and may result in the forfeiture of account balances:

Where an account is suspended due to a suspected breach of these Terms, the account balance may be held pending investigation. You may request to close your 788bet account at any time by contacting our support team. Open bets at the time of a closure request will be settled according to their natural outcome before the account is closed.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal entertainment purposes only.
